Lunch: Naked Mango smoothie, pumpkin seeds
Dinner: Today’s dinner was by far the best meal I’ve had thus far since embarking on this journey. I made Chocolate Chili. It was so delicious and very easy to make. It has 2 pounds of beef in it so it’s also a great source for protein. I made it with organic, grass-fed beef…mmmm.
Snack: Applesauce, Larabar
